The design studio
Your latest studio draft is saved in this browser when storage is available. A downloaded draft stays on your device. Preview links contain the details you entered in the part of the URL after the # symbol; that part is read by the preview in your browser. People you share the link with can read those details. No invitation is sent and no RSVP list is created by the studio. Clearing a local draft does not remove copies of links or files you already shared.
Browsing the collection
Saved themes are stored in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to Digitrika. Use “Clear saved themes” below to remove this shortlist.
Sample invitations
Sample names, stories and events are fictional examples. RSVP responses and sample wishes are saved only in the browser where you enter them and are not delivered to a host. Each sample form includes a clear-response control.
Enquiries
Design ordering buttons copy the selected design details and open Instagram, where you can paste and send them. The contact form prepares an email draft. These actions do not automatically send your enquiry. Messages you send are handled by Instagram or your email provider and the recipient.
External links
Map links open Google Maps in a new tab. Calendar downloads are generated on your device. Design assets are served with this site; some invitation themes load Google Fonts. Live invitations and the account dashboard load Firebase libraries from Google and connect to Firebase services.
Live customer invitations
Published customer invitations use Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. When you send an RSVP, your name, attendance, party size, selected events, preferences and message are stored online for the couple and Digitrika. Wishes sent from a live invitation are also stored privately. Other guests cannot browse the guest list or replies.
Named guest links contain a random token. Anyone you forward that link to can open and reply for that guest party. A browser identifier used for guest sign-in may remain on your device so you can update a response. Couple dashboard accounts use email and password sign-in, with verified email access to assigned invitations.
Unpublishing an invitation or ending its hosting stops public access and new replies; it does not automatically delete private customer records. Contact the couple or Digitrika to request changes or deletion. The clear-sample-data controls on this page remove browser-local demonstrations, not live Firebase records.
Your invitation project
Any data collection, guest response storage, access settings and hosting arrangements for a real invitation must be agreed separately before launch.
